As an energy worker, I also believe the lymphatic system plays a role in our mental/emotional wellbeing - the mental garbage we need to clear can be just as important as the physical garbage. Personally lymphatic massage is at the core of my monthly self-care routine to keep inflammation levels down and clear physical and mental congestion. I also teach a breast and body lymphatics workshop if you would like to learn more about self-care, breast self-massage, and the health protocol I use to keep my lymphatics system clear of congestions.

Lymphatic massage can be combined with Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) in a 90-minute session if you're looking for deep lymphatic clearing.

These benefits make lymphatic drainage massage a powerful tool for supporting physical and emotional well-being, especially when integrated into a regular self-care routine. Lymphatic Drainage Massage (nonRMT)

Lymphatic Drainage Massage (nonRMT) is a full-body relaxation massage using essential oils specifically chosen to provide unique therapeutic benefits to clearing and decongesting the lymphatic system. It has a profound influence on your well-being by incorporating massage techniques to regulate the nervous system, stimulate the lymphatic system, ease muscular tension and promote circulation - incredibly beneficial to your overall health & wellbeing. Many use this massage as a relaxing end to a chaotic week, or as part of their overall health and wellness routine.

The lymphatic system has two very important jobs - it's responsible for clearing up all the garbage and debris left behind by our daily cellular processes and assists to eliminate those leftovers, and it where the initial immune response occurs. For many of us, the lymphatic system can become congested and stagnant as we spend a large portion of our days sitting, relatively inactive, and sedentary. The lymphatic system doesn't have a pump, and the only thing that keeps it moving and functioning properly is movement... and lymphatic massage.
